Just finished a new remix, thought I would post it up. This is a little different
from what I normally do but I really enjoyed making it. My first attempt at
at producing Dubstep. Hope you download it and share, share, share!
Thats right, I'll be in Knoxville, TN. March 29th with
Major Lazer! I'll be opening so come early. I'll be
dropping some Mashes, Bmore and Dubstep. Hope to
see everyone there!
As most of you know, I have a soft spot for the 80's. Here's
another track I just finished for the new CD. I reworked
a little Journey and a little Cassius.
Back again with a little remix I just finished for the new CD.
This time I went old school. I reworked some Boy-8 Bit
with some Jungle Brothers. Hey DJ's, if you like it,
Download it and play it out :) It's 320kbps. My past
several posts have been 320kbps! Enjoy.....
As some of you may know, I'm trying to finish the new
mix cd. Problem is, as I work on it, I'll drop and acapella
over a track that I've been writing and then I'll add a little
more to it until I've totally forgotten about the mix cd and
I've spent the day remixing a tune. So here's a remix
I did today. I've been wanting to do an uptempo remix
of "Creator" for some time. Feel free to download and
share ;)
Yeah, I'm thinking about it. It looks like it'll be expensive
& Apple requires you to charge for the app if you want
to update the app in the future. So it would be at least
.99 cents. On the up side, it will feature songs, blogs and
bulletins :) We'll see.....
Ok so let me explain. Whenever I'm working on a mix,
I throw a bunch of acapellas, loops & random tunes
in the sequencer and just start putting things together.
I thought it would be cool to throw some stuff together
really fast and see what happens. These will be very
basic, raw mash ups. No frills. Better living through
cut & paste.... Here's one of many tracks to come!
Here's the short mix I did for The Freakers Ball on Halloween
broadcasted live from Tokyo. If you were at The Freakers Ball
you probably saw me on the screen via webcam. Well, fortunately
for everyone, I did not record me talking at the beginning :)
I only recorded the feed from the mixer. Here you go...
